摘要
参照普通混凝土配合比设计的方法,选择适宜的保证率与之对应的概率度系确定试配强度,推求水灰比,使其水灰比在喷射混凝土规范规定的水灰比的范围之内,进行配合比设计,求出每立方米混凝土的水泥用量,再通过试喷找出适宜的配合比用水量,反算水灰比与之符合,确定喷射混凝土的最佳水灰比,进行合理的配合比设计。再直接用调整后的水灰比和适宜用水量进行再次试喷,即可直接达到混凝土表面平整、湿润均匀、有光泽、回弹率低、水泥用量低、无干斑或滑移流动、喷射混凝土强度能满足设计等等要求。在试喷中,喷射面混凝土能满足喷射要求、低的回弹率、最低的水泥用量和喷射混凝土强度满足要求的配合比即为最佳配合比。运用最佳配合比进行喷射细石混凝土可达到最佳效果。
Reference to ordinary concrete mix design, selecting the appropriate guarantee rate and corresponding probability, in order to make the water-cement ratio of shotcrete within the specification range and complete mix design, determining the strength in test and deriving water-cement ratio, calculate the amount ofconent per cubic meter of concrete and then find out appropriate mix water through trial, inverse water-cement ratio consistent with it, determine the optimum water-cement ratio of shotcrete and complete reasonable mix design. And then directly use adjusted water-cement ratio and suitable water test again, the requirements such as surface roughness, evenly moist, shiny, low spring rate, low amount of cement, without spot or slip flow, high strength and so on can be directly reached. In the trial, if the sprayed concrete can meet the requirements such as low spring rate, the minimum amount of cement, high strength, the mix is the optimum mix. In spray ,use the best concrete mix can resultsbest.
