摘要
介绍了一种将接触式和非接触式相结合的蓝宝石光纤黑体腔瞬态高温传感器。测试系统由蓝宝石光纤传感器、窄带滤光片、光电探测器、信号处理模块、MSP430、数据存储及处理软件组成,并从黑体腔形成和微光信号探测方面进行了分析。利用MSP430的控制能力实现智能化,并采用了USB接口与计算机通信。实验表明黑体腔在高温下具有稳定的性能,能够满足高温下的恶劣环境需求。该设计具有超低功耗、体积小、和设计简便等优点,应用范围更广泛。
The sapphire fiber blackbody cavity transient high temperature sensor is described based on contact and contactless integrated.The measuring system consists of sapphire fiber sensor ,narrow bandpass filter , photodetector ,signal processing module,MSP430, data storage and software ,and analyzes blank-body cavity production and weak photoelectricit signal detection. The control ability of the MSP430 is used to realize intelligentized and USB bus is used to communicate with computer .The experimental results show that the blackbody cavity has stable performance at a high temperature and meet the harsh environment. The system has these merits such as simple hardware ,smaller size and lower power consumption ,so it as value of spread and application.
