摘要 本文采用滑石粉(Talc)与聚丙烯(PP)预混合—母料法复合加工工艺,制得了PP/ABS/Talc三元复合塑料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)对其形态结构的观察,和与PP/Talc、PP/ABS复合体系的形态结构进行对比表明,Talc对PP和ABS起到了增容作用,ABS有助于Talc的最佳分布,该材料是具有良好工艺混容性的复合体系。通过将其用于经纱管,并对多项使用性能进行研究表明,该材料在成型性能、弯曲刚性、形变回弹性及尺寸稳定性等方面,已达到ABS工程塑料的水平,并成本较低。因此,该材料是一种在代木和其他领域中有良好应用前景的廉价工程塑料。 With talc premixing with polypropylene—masterbatch method composite processing adopted in this article,the three-composite plastics of PP/ABS/Talc was made.Its morpho- logical structure was observed by SEM and compared with those of PP/Talc and PP/ABS composite systems,the results showed that talc had the effect of compatibization for PP and ABS,ABS contributed to the best distribution of talc and this material was a composite sys- tem with good technical compatibility.Through using it to make warp tubes and studying many use properties,the results showed that this material had reached the standard of ABS engineering plastics in shaping properties,bending rigidity,deformation resilience and dimen- sional stability etc.Its cost is lower.Therfore,this material is a kind of cheap engineering plastics which has a bright use future in substituting for wood and other field.
