小型半连轧线树脂锚杆钢的工艺开发实践

在集中传动、全平布置小型半连轧线上，进行了φ18、φ20、φ22等规格锚杆钢工艺实践，着重介绍了φ20规格锚杆钢孔型设计思路、料形调整要点和扭转导卫设计应用情况。

The resin anchor bolt steel φ18, φ20, φ22 etc. were produced by small half-continuous rolling line with centralized transmission and whole flat decorating.The paper introduced emphatically the groove design ideas, adjustment points of the material form and the design application situation of the torsional guide for the resin anchor bolt steel φ20.
