摘要
简要介绍了首秦公司3号特厚板坯连铸机的主要工艺及自动控制特点，通过对生产过程中发生的铸坯内外部质量缺陷及其防治措施的总结，成功解决了特厚板坯的内外部质量问题。
This paper introduces the main process of No.3 Continuous Caster in Shouqin and characteristics of its automatic control system .According to the summarizes of the slab internal and external quality defects and its control measures occurred during the production, the internal and external quality issues of the thick slab are successfully solved.
