摘要 中职生学习习惯差,课堂问题行为多是职业学校面临的现实问题。文章以北京市商业学校学生为研究对象,用观察、访谈、问卷的方法,通过具体案例,总结出有效的课堂问题行为的管理方法:加强中职学校宏观管理手段;注意语言及非语言管理手段的运用;借鉴实践教学中的有效管理方法。这些方法旨在控制和矫正中职生的课堂问题行为,提高中职生的课堂效率,最重要的是为一线教师熟悉和掌握中职生课堂问题行为管理规律提供有益的参考。 Many behaviors of classroom problem are practical problems faced by vocational schools because of poor study habits of vocational students.The paper take students of Beijing Business School as the object,by using methods of observation,interview and questionnaire,through particular case to sum up the effective management methods for classroom problem behavior: strengthening macro-management means in vocational schools;paying attention to the use of language and non-verbal management;learning effective management methods from practical teaching.These methods are designed to control and correct behaviors of classroom problems among the vocational students and improve efficiency in the classroom,and the most important is to provide a useful reference for front-line teachers to be familiar with and master the management law of it.
