摘要
身份表明某一个体或群体在社会生活中的位置,它既是结构性的又是建构性的。"新型"教师称谓层出不穷,它们概括、隐晦地表现了教师身份的各种特征。基于对各种"新型"教师称谓的整理、分析,我们发现教师身份具有无边界性与回归性、冲突性与整体性、间隙性与可能性、非延续性与建构性等多重特征。在文化、制度建构的基础上,教师身份的关键是"教师作为一个人"的专业生命历程中的自我身份建构。
Identity indicates the position of individual or group in the social life and it is both structural and constructive. "New" teachers" appellation is endless. They generally and implicitly reflect various characteristics of teachers" identity. On the basis of analyzing various new teachers" appellation, we find that teachers" identity has no boundary and regression, corJflict and integration, clearance and possibility, non-continuity and construction. On the basis of cultural and systematic construction, the key of teachers" identity, "the teacher as a person", is ego identity construction in professional life experiences.
