摘要
场域是教师专业发展的物质依托和精神家园。基于外力作用、内部驱动、现实需求以及实践支撑,教师专业发展场域正由附属转向联盟。构建联盟型教师专业发展场域,在遵循责权利对等、优势互补以及自愿的基础上,应重点关注文化培育、组织建设、课程设置以及机制创设等事项。
Field domain is the physical support and spiritual homeland for teachers' professional development. Based on external force, internal driving, realistic demands and practical support, the field domain of teachers" professional development is changing from affiliation to alliance. On the basis of equivalence of authority, responsibility and profit, complementary advantages and voluntary principles, the allied field domain construction of teachers" professional development should focus on the issues of culture cultivation, organization construction, curriculum setting and operating mechanism.
