当前,独立学院人才培养存在着目标趋同、专业设置缺乏前瞻性和持续性、忽视学生的多方面发展需要等问题。独立学院要建立多样化的人才培养目标,并在发展中不断对其进行调整,为学生的发展搭建"立交桥"。为此,独立学院需确立品牌专业,形成独特的人才培养体系和风格,并改革治理结构,建立"独立"的管理机制和师资队伍。

Currently, the talents training of independent college has many problems such as objective convergence, specialty setting lack of forward-looking and continuity, ignoring the various developments of students and so on. Independent college should create various talents training objectives, constantly adjust its development, and build ＂overpass＂ for students＂ development. Therefore, independent college need set up brand specialty, form special talents training system and style, reform governance structure, and establish independent governance mechanism and teaching staff.
