To solve the problem of credibility evaluation of substitute equivalent tests, this paper, integrating Analytic Hierarchy Process, Fuzzy Mathematics and utilizing similarity theory, establishes a credibility evaluation model of substitute equivalent tests on the bases of comprehensively analyzing influence factors of credibility evaluation of substitute equivalent tests. Application practices fully demonstrate the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method.
