摘要
针对我国旅游业高速发展的现况，提出城市旅游规划是一项复杂的系统工程，要提高旅游规划的科学性，除了建立旅游规划理论之外，还必须建立相应的方法和技术体系，保证理论的实际有效。
To meet the needs of the Chinese touristplanning that is regarded as complicatedsystem engineering, the great attention shouldbe given not only in the tourist planningscience and theory, but also in its relativemethod and technical system in order to makesure the effectiveness.
