图书馆文献存量追求及其动态无效实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Pursuit of Stock Quantity and Its Inefficient Usage in Libraries

长期以来,我国图书馆文献存量追求现象普遍,致使文献存量积累过度。通过对我国公共图书馆文献存量增长与服务增长的动态效率测算可以看出,我国公共图书馆文献存量追求的平均结果是动态无效的。图书馆应综合分析导致文献存量动态无效的原因,充分认识文献存量增长对服务增长的关联与影响,完善图书馆经费体制,调整文献结构,从而提高文献资源质量与服务能力。

For a long time,the pursuit of stock quantity is common in Chinese libraries,and leads to over accumulation of collections.The estimation of the stock quantity growth and the service growth in Chinese public libraries shows that results for pursuing stock quantity are dynamic and ineffective.Libraries should analyze reasons of dynamic inefficiency of stock quantity synthetically,fully realize relationships and influence between the stock quantity growth and the service growth,perfect the funds system for libraries,adjust stock structure,in order to improve the resources quality and service functions.
