摘要
2010年6月,CALIS医学文献信息中心对全国46所高校医学图书馆继续教育工作进行的问卷调查显示,目前高校医学图书馆员的继续教育方式多种多样,继续教育经费普遍不足,继续教育对象范围狭窄,馆员学习与开馆时间冲突是影响各馆继续教育工作的主要因素。"CALIS全国医学图书馆员继续教育网络课堂"项目自2007年开始运行以来,从多方面解决了高校医学图书馆员面临的继续教育难题,受到各馆和广大馆员的欢迎与认可。
CALIS National Information Center in Medicine conducted a questionnaire survey of the continuing education of 46 libraries in June 2010.The survey reveals that the continuing education of medical university librarians has various models,is lack of funds,has narrow objects and the time conflict between librarians' learning time and the library opening time.The project of ''Continuing Educational Online Class for Medical University Librarians of CALIS'' has started running since 2007,and solved problems on continuing education of medical university librarians.The project now has been welcomed and recognized by most libraries and librarians.
