冷诱导下Y-box结合蛋白基因的表达变化

摘要 为了研究冷诱导下Y-box结合蛋白基因的表达,试验采用Real-time PCR的方法,将所得民猪的Y-box结合蛋白表达结果与长白猪的Y-box结合蛋白表达结果进行对比研究。结果表明:在-20℃条件下处理13 d后,民猪的Y-box结合蛋白基因的表达水平与常温组相比显著下降,而长白猪的Y-box结合蛋白表达无显著变化。
