鹿结核分枝杆菌的分离与荧光PCR鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究鹿结核病的病原,试验采用荧光探针PCR方法对分离到的6株鹿源分枝杆菌进行检测。结果表明:5株为牛分枝杆菌,1株为人型结核杆菌。说明鹿结核病的主要病原菌为牛分枝杆菌,但也存在人型结核杆菌。
