中国化学制浆技术与装备的现状及发展

Status and development of chemical pulping technology and equipment in China's paper industry

目前,我国制浆造纸企业已经拥有世界上最大的制浆生产线和世界上领先的技术与装备。中国制浆造纸装备制造业通过引进制浆设备制造技术,消化吸收创新、集成创新等,促进了制浆造纸机械制造能力及配套等能力,中等规模项目已初具国内主体设备和国外辅助设备相结合的格局。但国产装备制造的整体水平还与国外先进技术有一定的差距。因此,要科学合理地整合各类资源,建立起切实可行的产、学、研、用运营机制,在国家政府、政策的指引下,切实科学地消化吸收国外先进技术与装备,将制浆工艺技术与装备密切的结合起来,努力开展自主创新的研发工作,赶超世界制浆技术与装备的先进水平。

At present,China＇s pulp and paper enterprises have already owned the world＇s largest pulp production line and the world’s leading technology and equipment.Through the introduction of pulp and paper pulping machinery manufacture technology,innovation in digestion and absorption,integrated innovation,China＇s machinery manufacture industry has promoted the manufacturing capacity of pulp and paper machinery.Medium-scale projects have begun to take a pattern of combination of the key equipment in domestic and foreign auxiliary equipment.However,the overall level of domestic machinery manufacture has some gaps with foreign advanced technology.Therefore,various resources should be integrated scientifically and rationally.A viable operating mechanism with the combination of production,academic and research under the guidance of the national government and the state policy should be established.Foreign advanced technology and equipment should be digested and absorbed scientifically.The pulping technology and equipment should be combined closely together.Independent innovation research and developing work should be carried out hard in order to catch up with world advanced level in pulping technology and equipment.
