摘要
采用化学-生物组合工艺处理草浆中段废水,研究了不同处理方法的脱色效果。试验结果表明:不经混凝处理,ABR和生物接触氧化池在最佳条件下运行,ABR色度去除率为10.6%~12.1%,接触氧化池色度去除率为38.6%~43.9%。单一的生物处理对造纸中段废水的色度去除是有限的,可以通过混凝强化脱色。当废水pH值范围6~8,混凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)用量为0.6g/L,PAFC对中段废水脱色效果达到最佳,色度去除率基本保持在80%以上。组合工艺对色度的去除主要靠混凝实现,而混凝处理出水经生物处理反而使色度增加。系统色度去除率保持在94.3%~95.1%,对色度具有较高的去除能力,完全能达到造纸工业水污染物色度排放要求。
Integrated chemical and biological treatment process was employed for the disposal of straw pulp effluent to research decoloration efficiency of different disposal processes.The results indicated that at optimal running conditions decoloration rate of ABR and bio-contact oxidation filter ranges from 10.6% to 12.1% and from 38.6% to 43.9% without coagulation treatment.Single biological decoloration efficiency is limited,which need to be enhanced by coagulation.At pH value of wastewater from 6.0 to 8.0 and the dosage of 0.6 g/L,PAFC as coagulant can reach the optimal decoloration efficiency,over 80%.Decoloration of integrated system mainly depends on coagulation,while color of coagulation effluent increases after the biological treatment.Decoloration rate of integrated process ranges from 94.3% to 95.1%,which basically reach the requirement in chroma specified in the standard of water pollutants for paper industry.
