摘要 以聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、硫酸铵为主要原料,在过硫酸钾的引发下合成了CPAM/PAE水包水乳液,并作为纸张增强剂进行了应用。考察了各因素对乳液稳定性及纸张增强性能的影响。在60℃,PAE、AM、DMC及硫酸铵的质量百分数分别为4.2%、14%、5.6%及3.36%的较优条件下反应6h,合成的水包水乳液性能稳定,当其用量为绝干浆的0.1%时,纸张干抗张强度提高了131%,湿强度提高了28%。 The water-in-water emulsion of CPAM/PAE was synthesized by the copolymerization of methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC),acrylamide (AM) with potassium persulfate as the initiator and ammonium sulfate as the electrolyte in the medium of polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin (PAE).The emulsion of CPAM/PAE can be used as a paper strengthening agent.The effect of various factors on the stability of emulsion and strengthening performance of paper were investigated.When polymerization temperature is 60℃,w(PAE),w(AM),w(DMC) and w( ammonium sulfate) are 4.2%,14%,5.6% and 3.36% on the total mass respectively,the water-in-water emulsion of CPAM / PAE can be obtained;When addition of CPAM / PAE emulsion is 0.1%(on the mass of absolute dry pulp),the ideal performance of strengthening to paper can be achieved,with the tensility strength and wet strength increased by 131% and 28% respectively.
