摘要
通过现场制样和试验模拟的方法,分析了硅酮中空玻璃密封胶气泡产生的原因,包括以下几个方面:密封胶中添加了含氢硅油;表干时间过快导致固化反应产生的小分子副产物在固化胶中无法释放出来;密封胶已过适用期形成像气泡的"胶疙瘩";换桶时桶中及胶表层混入的空气没有排放干净;双组分打胶机存在漏气的地方;施胶不规范以及手工混胶引起机械气泡等。
Through field sampling and simulating test,the causes for bubbling in silicone sealant curing of insulating glass were investigated.They may cover the followings: 1) Addition of hydrogen-containing silicone oil,2) Touch dry is too short so that smaller molecular by-product formed in curing reaction has no time to escape from sealant cured.3) Sealant used has been out of pot life to form bubble like lumps,4) Air entrapped while operating in container and upper part of the sealant is not completely exhausted.5) Air leakage exists in two component sealant stirrer.6) Improper application and manual stirring.
