摘要
当今社会对环保和节能越来越重视,为了适应社会发展的要求,在涂料中加入一些隔热保温、耐高温的物质,使其能在恶劣的环境温度下利用自身温控物质的性质进行能量的存储和释放,达到保温节能的效果,同时对社会发展起一定的促进作用。近些年来国内外科研人员在保温涂料的保温机理和产品的开发等方面做了大量的研究工作,对保温机理的研究已经很成熟。文章总结了保温涂料在国内外的研究动态,概述了传统保温涂料类型,探讨了新型保温涂料的发展方向,简述了水性反射隔热涂料、多功能薄型隔热保温涂料、纳米孔超级绝热涂料的保温隔热机理及其优缺点,并对保温涂料的发展进行了展望。
In order to meet the requirement of environmental proection and energy - saving society, the coating was prepared by adding insulation and heat resistant materials, which could realize the energy storage and release in harsh environment temperature by its temperature controllig nature, resulting in energy -saving purpose that gave an impetus to social development. These years researchers have made great effort in R & D of heat insulation coatings and mechanism involved, and achieved well now. This article has reviewed the research and development at home and abroad of insulation coatings briefly as well as the traditional insulation coatings. Furthermore, the development trend of new insulation coatings was suggested, including water - based reflective insulation paint, multifunctional thin insulation coating, nanoporous super thermal insulation coatings. Furture prospects of insulation coating were given.
