番茄红素油对鲫鱼生长性能和抗氧化性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以增长率、增重率、成活率、肥满度和肝体指数为生长性能评价指标,以血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量为抗氧化性指标,研究日粮中番茄红素(LCP)油对鲫鱼的影响。供试鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)平均体长(22.4±1.13)cm、体重(180.60±37.23)g,在基础饲料中分别添加LCP含量为0.50%(Ⅰ组)、0.75%(Ⅱ组)和1.00%(Ⅲ组)的LCP油1.5%,即饲料中LCP含量分别为0.50%×1.5%、0.75%×1.5%、1.00%×1.5%,人工投喂饲养50 d。结果显示:4个试验组鲫鱼成活率均达到100%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3个处理组增长率依次为10.40%、13.14%和19.05%,增重率为51.13%、60.19%和71.88%,增长率和增重率随LCP添加量的提高而增加。与其他处理组相比,Ⅲ组鲫鱼增长率最高(P<0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅲ组增重率有显著提高(P<0.05)。3个处理组肥满度依次为1.79%、1.76%和1.63%,随着LCP添加量的增加肥满度逐渐降低,Ⅰ和Ⅱ组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。3个处理组肝体指数依次为3.82%、3.51%和4.11%,处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。3个处理组血清SOD活性分别为107.54 U/ml、142.38 U/ml和147.62 U/ml,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。3个处理组CAT活性分别为4.16 U/ml、3.91 U/ml和5.26 U/ml,处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05),但与对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。MDA含量分别为9.85 nmol/ml、9.05 nmol/ml和10.90nmol/ml,处理组间无显著差异,与对照组也无显著差异(P>0.05)。从以上试验结果可得出,在鲫鱼人工配合饲料中添加0.75%×1.5%LCP时,不仅有利于鲫鱼的生长,还具有抑制血清CAT活性和MDA含量升高,以及提高SOD活性的作用。 Growth rate,weight gain rate,survival rate,fatness and liver somatic index were selected as indexes for evaluating growth performance of Carassius auratus.Serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,catalase(CAT) activity and malondialdehyde aldehyde(MDA) content in serum were selected as indexes for evaluating antioxidation.0.50%×1.5%(Ⅰ group),0.75%×1.5%(Ⅱ group) and 1.00%×1.5%(Ⅲ group) LCP were respectively added to the basic dietary for the Carassius auratus with average body length of(22.4 ± 1.13) cm,and mean weight of(180.60 ± 37.23) g,for a 50-d trial period.The results showed that the survival rates of the cultivated Carassius auratus in all groups were 100%.For the three treatments(Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups),growth rates were 10.40%,13.14% and 19.05%,and weight gain rates were 51.13%,60.19% and 71.88%,respectively.Meanwhile,the two indexes both increased with the added amount of LCP.Among all the treatments,the growth rate of Ⅲ group was the highest(P 0.05).Weight gain rates of Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups significantly increased(P 0.05).Fatness of the three treatments were 1.79%,1.76% and 1.63% respectively,decreasing with the increasing amount of LCP,and fatness of Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were significantly different with that of control(P0.05).Liver somatic indexes of the three treatments were 3.82%,3.51% and 4.11% respectively,and those of Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were lower than that of control,but there had no significant difference among the three treatments(P 0.05).SOD activities of the three treatments were 107.54 U/ml,142.38 U/ml and 147.62 U/ml,respectively,and those of Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups were significantly different with that of control(P 0.05).CAT activities of the three treatments were 4.16 U/ml,3.91 U/ml and 5.26 U/ml respectively,significantly different with the control(P 0.05).MDA contents of the three treatments were not significantly different,being 9.85 nmol/ml,9.05 nmol/ml and 10.90 nmol/ml respectively,not significantly different with the control(P0.05).It came to a conclusion that adding 0.75%×1.5% LCP in dietary could not only improve growth,but also inhibited serum CAT activity and MDA content,and improve SOD activity.
