辐照处理对2种甘薯的保鲜效果 被引量:9

摘要 研究了不同辐照剂量处理对宁紫1号和紫罗兰甘薯的保鲜效果,以期得出较为适宜的辐照保鲜参数。辐照装置为60Coγ辐射源,辐照剂量分别为0.05 kGy、0.20 kGy和0.50 kGy,以未经辐照处理的甘薯为对照。处理后,将甘薯置于常温(18~27℃)条件下,定期进行理化指标检测。结果表明:常温贮藏60 d时,对照的宁紫1号和紫罗兰发芽率分别为88.26%和96.90%,0.05 kGy辐照处理后的宁紫1号和紫罗兰发芽率分别是7.87%和5.24%,比对照分别降低了91.08%和94.59%。辐照处理后,甘薯呼吸速率、总淀粉含量和α-淀粉酶活性在贮藏期间与对照无显著性差异。0.05 kGy的辐照剂量是抑制甘薯采后发芽的较适宜剂量,并且该辐照剂量对甘薯生理生化指标影响不大。 In order to find irradiation parameter for preservation of sweet potato,two varieties of sweet potato(Ipomonea batatas Lam),Ningzi no.1 and Ziluolan were treated with different dosages of 60Co γ-rays irradiation(0.05 kGy,0.20 kGy,0.50 kGy),and the sweet potatoes without irradiation was took as control.Germination percentages of Ningzi no.1 and Ziluolan without irradiation were 88.26% and 96.90%,respectively,while those of Ningzi no.1 and Zi Luolan irradiated with the dose of 0.05 kGy were 7.87% and 5.24%,decreased by 91.08% and 94.59%,respectively.There as no significant difference occurred in respiratory rate,total starch content and α-amylase activity between the sweet potatoes irradiated and the control during storage.The results indicated that irradiation of 0.05 kGy was effective to inhibit germination of sweet potato and such had little effect on the physiological and biochemical indicators of sweet potato.
