聚合物改性超细碳酸钙在交联聚乙烯中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了官能化的聚丁二烯(简称CPB)改性超细碳酸钙对交联聚乙烯性能的影响。结果表明,填充这种碳酸钙的交联聚乙烯其缺口冲击强度比填充未改性的约高0.5~1倍,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和断裂伸长率也均比未改性的高;CPB用量以1~2.5份为宜;填充体系的DCP用量以1~2份为宜;改性后的碳酸钙用量为10份时,交联聚乙烯的综合性能最好。 The effect of ultrafine CaC0_3 modified by functional polybutadiene on cross-linking PE was studied. The results showedthat the notched impact strength of cross-linking PE filled the modified CaCO_3 was 50% to 100% higher than that of unmo-dified. The tensile strength, bend strength and elongation at break of the modified were also higher than that of unmodified.The suitable amount of functional polybutadiene was 1 to 2.5 parts per hundred CaCO_3. The suitable amount of DCP was 1 to2 parts per hundred PE. When the amount of modified CaCO_3 was 10 parts, integrated properties of cross-linking PE wasbetter.
