摘要
通过噁唑啉与酚羟基的反应可以形成一类含酰胺——醚键的化合物。发现的十分有效的催化剂能使该反应的时间由通常的20小时以上缩短至2小时左右,因而使利用这类反应制成新材料的设想有了实际意义。如果以线型酚醛树脂和二元噁唑啉为基本原料,经聚合就能得到一类新的热固性聚(酰胺——醚)材料,它具有突出的高强度、高模量、高韧性、良好的耐湿热性和优异的耐燃烧性,以它为基体制成的碳纤维复合材料已能满足美国FAA 1990年飞机内舱材料燃烧性能的要求。可以预见,这类材料在空间工业、运输工业、建筑工业、电子电气工业等领域将会有广阔的应用前景。
A family of compounds containing amide-ether bond can be formed by the reaction of oxazolines with phenolic hydroxygroups. It is found that a kind of effective catalysts is capable of reducing remarkably the reaction time from more than 20hours to about 2 hours. So that the idea, that is to manufacture the new materials based on the reaction, has possessed the practical significance. If the materials are based on liear phenolic resin and bisoxazolines, a new family of thermosetting poly (amide-ether) materials can be obtained by polymerization. It offers remarkably high strength, high modulus, good toughness, goodresistance to hot/wet conditions and burning. Carbon fibre composite based on it can meet the reqirements of America's FAAfor the burning properties of aircraft internal materials of 1990. It can be predicted that this kind of materials will have brightprospects of applications in space industry, transport industry, architecture industry and electronic & electric industry.
