海内外华人合资企业管理文化与战略联盟绩效实证分析——以合资企业创新期为例

摘要 随着中国改革开放的不断深入,海外华人对中国大陆的投资,对中国的经济建设所起的作用意义深远,特别是中国大陆民营企业与海外华人企业的合资战略联盟为东西方管理文化的融合与创新提供了一个很好的契合点,其不同管理文化的成功融合与创新,为战略联盟绩效的获得及合资企业战略竞争优势的获得提供了重要的动力和源泉。同时,这种融西方科学管理精华为一体、具有东方管理文化特质的管理文化模式的形成与创新,也为中国民营企业"走出去"提供了很好的经验和借鉴。 In China's continuing reform and opening-up,the investment in the mainland of China by overseas Chinese plays an increasingly significant role in China's economic development.More specifically,the strategic alliance between private enterprises in China's Mainland and overseas Chinese enterprises provides an ideal meeting point for combining of Eastern and Western management thoughts and its new trial,the success of which contributes as a driving force and source to the acquisition of efficiency of such an alliance and improves the strategic competitiveness of the joint venture enterprises.Meanwhile,the formation and innovation of this mode characterized by integrating Western scientific management thoughts with specific Eastern management features is a good practice which provides workable reference for Chinese private enterprises' "going out".
