美国历史教师标准论析--基于伊利诺伊州教师标准之研究 被引量:4

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,历史课成为美国学校的核心课程进入"黄金时期",然而中学历史教师素养却十分令人担忧。为了促进教师教育、提高教师质量,美国着手制定教师标准,推行严格的教师资格证书制度。伊利诺伊州在2005年制定颁布了详细的教师标准,在全美产生广泛影响,并具有代表性。其中对于历史教师提出全面的步步推进的,然而又是具体明确的基本要求,确实能发挥历史教师标准的引领性和规范性作用。与基础教育历史科国家课程标准的密切联系,致使历史教师标准具有较强的针对性与实用性。基于法制化的运作,更使其具备了法律的严肃性与公正性。伊利诺伊州历史教师标准的制定与颁行,有力地促进了中学历史教育。这种注重教师整体素质的、务实的、法治化运作的做法,值得我们认真思考与合理借鉴。
