摘要
针对黑河流域水资源管理面临的实际问题以及各决策部门之间的关系,以决策支持系统三库结构为基础,构建了黑河流域中游水资源管理决策支持系统(HD).系统采用了客户端/服务器(C/S)和浏览器/服务器(B/S)两种架构,并根据黑河流域中游水务管理决策部门之间的行政级别,设计了系统功能访问权限控制机制和数据审核机制.基于C/S结构的水资源管理决策支持系统(HD-2)和灌溉管理系统(IMS)以及基于B/S结构的数据管理系统(DM)组成了系统的整体框架.目前,该系统已试运行于黑河流域中游清水河灌区、三清灌区、洪水河灌区等.
A decision support system for water resources management,HD,was developed based on three-library architecture to solve the complicated problems,which the decision-makers of water resources management must be faced,in the middle reaches of the Heihe River,and to make the coordination among water resources management departments.According to different administrative levels of the water resources management departments,an access control mechanism and data auditing method were proposed for operating the data resources and function of system.The architecture of HD is composed of client/server(C/S) architecture and browser/server(B/S) architecture,and the HD includes the Water Resources Management Decision Support System(HD-2) and Irrigation Management System(IMS) based on C/S architecture,and the Data Management System(DM) based on B/S architecture.At present,HD has been tried in some irrigation areas,such as Hongshui River irrigation area,Sanqing River irrigation area,and Qingshui River irrigation area in Heihe River basin.
