维生素B-17对HepG2细胞体内外生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分别通过体外培养和体内接种试验,探讨维生素B-17对HepG2细胞体内外生长的影响。结果表明:体外试验中,当维生素B-17的添加量为1.3 g/L时,HepG2细胞生长抑制率仅为5.62%;当添加量为10.5 g/L时,抑制率增加到30.99%;当添加42 g/L时,抑制率达到56.30%。体内试验低质量浓度和中质量浓度组瘤块生长抑制均不明显,与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);高质量浓度组对肿瘤生长抑制作用最好,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。说明高质量浓度的维生素B-17对HepG2细胞体内外生长均有抑制作用。 The tests in vivo and in vitro were conducted to study the effect of vitamin B-17 on the growth of HepG2 cells,The results showed that the cells growth inhibition rate is only 5.62% when vitamin B-17 adding amount is 1.3 g/L,30.99% when adding amount is 10.5 g/L,and 56.30% when adding amount is 42 g/L.In vivo test,compared with the control group,tumor size and weight of pieces is no significant difference(P0.05) from low and middle concentration groups;the effect of high concentration group is the best,has significant difference to the control group(P0.05).The above results indicated that high concentration of vitamin B-17 can restrain the growth of the HepG2 cells in vivo and in vitro.
