摘要
观察甘薯提取物促进体外培养的PC12和SK-N-SH细胞的增值和突起生长作用。采用体外培养PC12和SK-N-SH细胞,以MTT法检测PC12和SK-N-SH细胞的活性率,以细胞突起长度超过2倍胞体或突起数目3个以上者为阳性细胞计算阳性细胞率来评价甘薯提取物对体外培养PC12和SK-N-SH细胞的增值和突起生长的促进作用。实验发现甘薯提取物能够促进PC12和SK-N-SH细胞的突起数目增加,长度增长,阳性细胞数增多,具有一定的神经营养作用,是一种很好的神经保护剂。
An investigation was made on observe the effect of sweet potato extract on promoting PC12 and SK-N-SH cells proliferation and neurite outgrowth. Using PC12 and SK-N-SH cells cultured in vitro, as detecting the living rates of PC12 and SK-N-SH cells by MTr and calculating positive cell rate of which length of neurite exceeding 2 times of the neural body or the number of neurite exceeding 3 ,to evaluate the promoting effect of sweet potato on PC12 and SK-N-SH cells proliferation and neurite outgrowth. The results showed that sweet potato extract is able to promote PC12 and SK-N-SH cells neufite outgrowth and to increase the number of positive cells, has a certain neurotrophic effect and it is a good neuroproteetave agent
