酸酶双解稻草纸浆制备燃料乙醇的新工艺

摘要 研究酸酶双解稻草纸浆、发酵制备燃料乙醇的新工艺,考察时间、温度、底物浓度、催化剂用量等因素对酸解和酶解过程的影响。通过对酸酶解液及残渣成分分析,考察稻草纸浆降解产物中糖含量的变化趋势。结果表明,在170~180℃、液固比20 mL∶1 g、硫酸质量分数为2.4%、反应2 h酸解,还原糖得率为28.9%;在50℃、酶用量80 U/g、底物质量浓度0.01 g/mL、反应30 h酶解,还原糖得率为67.1%。酸酶解总还原糖得率62.6%;稻草纸浆降解液经发酵制得乙醇质量浓度为26.6 g/L,乙醇得率为49%,达到理论转化率的96%,转化率最高为0.28 g/g(乙醇/稻草纸浆)。 This paper describes a new experimental process of ethanol production from straw paper pulp hydrolyzed with acid and enzyme.The influences of reaction time,temperature,substrate concentration,catalyst content on the diluted acid hydrolysis and the cellulose enzyme hydrolysis were researched.The change of sugar content in the hydrolysate was analyzed.The results showed that the optimized conditions of dilute sulfuric acid hydrolysis are temperature 180 ℃,the rate of solid to liquid 20∶1,mass of sulfuric acid 0.024 g H2SO4 /g solvent,and reaction time 2 h,the yield of reducing sugar was 28.9%.Optimized conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis are temperature 55 ℃,enzyme concentration 80 U/g material,substrate concentration 0.01 g/mL,and hydrolysis time 30 h,the yield of reducing sugar was 67.1%;The yield of total reducing sugar was 62.6% with acid-enzyme hydrolysis method;After the hydrolysate was fermented,the ethanol concentration was 26.6 g/L,ethanol yielding rate was 49%,theoretical conversion rate of ethanol was 95.0% and reached 0.28 g/g ethanol/straw paper pulp.
