摘要
目的通过对生产母羊接种布鲁氏杆菌羊强毒16M、免疫弱毒疫苗羊M5、牛A19,观察病理学变化与细菌学分布对其生产性能的影响。方法应用细菌学、组织病理学、PCR检测方法进行相关分析。结果接种布鲁氏杆菌和疫苗免疫的生产母羊出现化脓性胎盘炎、乳腺淋巴炎及乳腺炎。其中,子宫与乳腺炎的奶样分菌率较高;流产和弱胎出现纤维化胸膜炎、支气管肺炎、心包炎;顺产胎儿肝、脾不容易分到菌。结论布鲁氏杆菌强毒感染与疫苗免疫均引起病理反应,对生产母畜的生产性能产生负面影响。
Objective To observe effect of pathological change and bacteriological distributions on production ewe performance by inoculating Brucella militensis virulent 16M,Brucella attenuated vaccines(militensis 5,abortus 19).Methods Correlation analysis was carried out with bacteriology,pathology and PCR.Results The infected production ewe appeared suppurative placentitis and lymphohistiocytic mastitis,and aborted fetuses displayed fibrinous pleuritis,fibrinous pericarditis and bronchopneumonia.Brucella was isolated more frequently from the uterus and mastitis milk samples than from other tissues,and was not assigned to liver and spleen of the fetal by spontaneous delivery.Conclutions Virulent infections of brucella and vaccinations can cause pathological reactions,and adversely affect the performance of production ewes.
