摘要
研究了异辛酸铬[Cr(Ⅲ)2-EH]/2,5-二甲基吡咯(DMP)/双膦胺型配体(PNP)/三乙基铝(TEA)/1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷(Cl2CHCHCl2)催化体系对乙烯三聚反应催化剂的活性和1-己烯的选择性的影响。结果表明,复配体系能同时获得高活性和对1-己烯的高选择性。在反应温度120℃、压力5.0 MPa下,催化活性达到270 kg/(gCr.h)以上,1-己烯选择性超过95%,与单一配体DMP和PNP的催化性能相比较,综合了两者的优势。
The catalytic activity of the catalyst system composed of Cr(Ⅲ)2-ethylhexanoate [Cr(Ⅲ)2-EH],2,5-dimethylpyrrole(DMP),diphenylphosphinoamine(PNP),triethylaluminium(TEA)and 1,1,2,2-tetrachloethxane in ethylene trimerization and the selectivity for 1-hexene were studied.The results showed that the catalyst system improved the activity and selectivity simultaneously.A catalyst activity exceeding 270 kg/gCr per hour was achieved at 120 ℃ and 5.0 MPa,and the selectivity for 1-hexene was more than 95%.Compared with the single ligand DMP or PNP,the catalyst system with composite ligands combined their respective advantages.
