摘要 以川西地区伊利石为研究对象,钛酸酯JN-114为改性剂,在查明川西伊利石基本性质的基础上,对比研究了改性前后伊利石/有机复合体系在粘度、力学性能等方面存在的差异及钛酸酯与伊利石表面结合状态。试验结果表明:对川西伊利石改性时,试验条件下钛酸酯的较佳用量范围为0.6%~1.2%;红外光谱分析结果显示钛酸酯偶联剂可能是以物理吸附为主要方式包覆于伊利石粉体表面;与未改性伊利石/PVC复合材料相比,改性伊利石/PVC复合材料的力学性能有了较为明显的提高。 By taking the illite in west Sichuan as the research object and titanate JN-114 as the modifier,this thesis contrastively studied on the differences of viscosity,mechanical properties of unmodified illite/organic and modified illite/organic composite system and studied the surface bonding state of titanate coupling agent and illite on the basis of basic properties of the illite.The experimental results showed that the optimum dosage range of titanate was 0.6%~1.2% under laboratory conditions when the illite was modified.According to the result of infrared analysis,the titanate coupling agent possibly enwraps the surface of the illite powder in the main mode of physical adsorption and effectively modifies the surface characteristics of illite.Mechanical properties of the modified illite/PVC composite materials are significantly improved compared with the unmodified illite/PVC.
