低碳经济是人类社会发展进程中的新变革和大趋势。低碳经济时代要求都市农业旅游充分合理地利用自然资源并有效地提高农业生产力,强调保护农业生态环境并实现资源的长效和循环利用。我国都市农业旅游在低碳发展实践中涌现出低碳农业观光型、低碳技术研发型、低碳科普示范型、低碳农业物流型和低碳生活体验型若干模式。实现都市农业旅游低碳发展有政府主导、行业组织、市场运作、多方参与等不同路径选择,应综合考虑各地区的农业产业化水平、资源禀赋、生态环境保护和民俗文化特色等因素进行合理选择,实现我国都市农业旅游经济、生态和社会效益的整体最优。

Low-carbon economy is the new transformation and general trend in the process of development of human society.Low-carbon economy era requires urban agritourism to make the best use of natural resources and increase agricultural productivity effectively,and emphasizes on protecting agricultural ecological environment and utilizing the resources circularly and consequently.There are several development patterns,such as low-carbon agriculture sightseeing,low-carbon technology research and development,low-carbon science demonstration,low-carbon agriculture logistics,low-carbon lived experience emerging in the low carbon practice of urban agritourism in China.There are different path selections including government guiding,industry organization,market operation and multi-party involvement to realize low-carbon development of urban agritourism.It is necessary to consider factors from every angle containing agricultural industrialization,resource endowment,eco-environmental protection and folk cultural characteristics around China in order to realize overall optimization in economics,ecology and society of Chinese urban agritourism.
