摘要 本文分别从挤出工艺及设备介绍了PVC透明硬片的挤出成型。主要叙述了工艺流程、所用主要设备、配方、工艺条件以及产品的规格和性能。结果表明,用本文所述的原料、设备、配方及工艺控制条件生产的PVC透明硬片,其性能及卫生指标均达到一定要求:宽度为1150mm,厚度0.05~0.45mm;密度1.31g/cm^3;透光率89.1%;拉伸强度:纵向为58.0MPa,横向为51.7MPa;断裂伸长率;纵向99.4%,横向37.5%;水蒸汽渗透量0.89g/m^2·24h;210℃热稳定时间24min;氯乙烯单体含量0.15ppm。 The extrusion moulding technology and equipments for transparent rigid PVC sheets were described in this paper, with em-phasis on the flow sheet, equipments, formulation, process conditions, the specification and properties of the products. The resultsshowed that the properties and health standard of the trasparent rigid PVC sheets produced with the equipments and formulationfrom the raw materials mentioned in this paper came up to a certain level: width 1150mm, thickness 0. 05-0. 45mm, density1.31g/cm^3, light transmission 89.1 %, tensile strength 58.0MPa(vertical), 51.7MPa(horizontal) , elongation at break 99. 4%(vertical) , 37.5% (horizontal), water vapour permeability 0.89g/m^2. 24h, heat stability at 210℃ 24 min, vinyl chloridemonomer content 0.15ppm.
