PE薄膜的交联改性

摘要 本文介绍了在紫外线照射和光敏剂作用下LDPE薄膜的光化学交联改性。薄膜的交联度随光照温度的提高而提高;交联度随光照时间的增加而增加,但光照5分钟后交联度随时间的变化不大;在本文的条件下,最高交联度可达84.46%。交联改性后薄膜的断裂伸长率下降。由于薄膜在光交联的同时也发生光降解反应,薄膜的拉伸强度也有所下降。随光照射时间和光照温度的增加,薄膜的透明度有所增加。通过交联后,薄膜的耐热性提高。该交联薄膜用作电线电缆的隔离膜和包扎膜,经过罐式硫化(155℃30min;165℃,30min)试验,其耐热性能和强度等均能满足要求。 The photochemical crosslinking modification of PE film was made under the action of UV radiation and light-sensitive ad-ditives. The degree of crosslinking of the film increased with the increase of the temperature and time of the radiation; thechange of the degree of crosslinking was independent of the time after 5 min of the radiation. Under the conditions given in thispaper, the maximum degree of crosslinking could be as high as 84.46%. The elongation at break of the film decreased after thecrosslinking modification, and the tensile strength also decreased due to the photodegration during the crosslinking. The trans-parence of the film increased with the increase of the temperature and time of the radiation. The heat resistance of the film in-creased after the crosslinking. When the film was used for cable barrier-layer and for packaging film, the heat resistance andstrength of the film, passed through boiler vulcanizing(155℃/30min, 165℃/30min), could meet the requirements.
