摘要
针对大规模光纤传感网络在固体火箭发动机复合材料结构损伤及缺陷的快速与实时检测中应用可能遇到的关键问题,从光纤传感器类型的选取、大应变的测量、光纤传感器与复合材料的相容性、光纤传感器网络与传感器布置的设计、大规模光纤传感网络信号的快速处理等5个方面展开分析,在已有研究的基础上,结合自身的研究,提出解决上述5个关键问题的初步方案或建议,为光纤传感网络在固体火箭发动机中的进一步应用奠定基础。
Aiming at key problems,which large-scale fiber sensor net's application in damage detection of solid rocket motor composite may be faced with,analysis is executed from five aspects,such as type selection of fiber sensor,measurement of large strain,consistency between fiber sensor and composite,net topology and distribution design of fiber sensor,and signal process of large-scale fiber sensor net.Based on foregone research,simple schemes or advices to solve the problems are put forward,which would set the foundation for fiber sensor net's further application in solid rocket motor.
