摘要
模拟了偏二甲肼贮存环境下泄漏后形成液池,设计蒸发实验研究系统;研究了贮存条件下液池面积、风速、温度、湿度等单因素对偏二甲肼蒸发速率的影响。结果表明随着这些影响因素值的增大,偏二甲肼的蒸发速率相应增大,并建立了贮存条件下偏二甲肼蒸发模型。通过试验验证表明,该模型能较好地预测偏二甲肼的蒸发速率,为研究液体推进剂贮存中泄漏事故后形成有害气体环境的安全处置提供依据。
The experiment is used to simulate the UDMH leakage which formed a liquid pool in storage.The factors,such as pool area,wind speed,temperature,humidity which influence evaporation rate,are discussed.The research results show that appropriate increase of these factors can increase evaporation rate.An evaporation model of the UDMH is developed for storage.The result indicates that the model can predict the evaporation rate,and gives basis for the safety settlement of the hazard gas in the leakage accidents of the liquid propellant storage.
