摘要
本文结合我国创业板市场的特点,对我国高新技术企业的融资问题进行了分析。通过对比国内外高新技术企业的融资模式,指出我国创业板市场通过使高新技术企业上市、为私募基金提供退出途径等,缓解了我国高新技术企业直接融资难的问题。
In this paper,based on the characteristic s of GEM,the financing problems of high-tech enterprises in China are analyzed.By comparing the financing patterns of high-tech enterprises at home and abroad,it reveals that by making high-tech enterprises listing and providing exit approaches for private equity fund etc.,the growth enterprise market ease direct financing difficulties of high-tech enterprises.
