摘要
1978年以来,私营企业劳工群体先后经历形成初期、形成期、成长期,在其形成、成长过程中,国家意识形态的演变起着关键的作用。私营企业劳工群体具有相对的独立性,但仍属于松散型群体。在中国特定的社会阶段,体制内政府劳工组织与体制外非政府劳工组织同时并存,都仍处在初期发展阶段。
The private enterprises labourer groups successively experiences early formation,formation,growth,and in its formation,growth process,the state ideology plays a key role in the evolution.The private enterprises labourer groups has relative independent character,but belongs to be a loose type of groups.On specific society stage in Chinese,the government labor organization in the system coexists with the non-government labor organization outside the system,still in early stages of development.
