浅议跨国公司R&D投资国际化与陕西省产业承接力

影响跨国公司在海外建立R&D分支机构的因素多种多样。东道国拥有充足的产业承接力,即拥有有利于提高跨国公司全球技术竞争力的稀缺资源,将越来越成为吸引跨国公司R&D直接投资的关键因素。为更好地利用跨国公司海外R&D直接投资,陕西省需要采取相应措施提升本省产业承接力,为跨国公司在华设立研发机构创造条件。具体如政府加大科技投入;培育技术比较强的支柱产业,形成产业集群;加强国际化的科研人力资源的开发和培养等。

Multinational Corporations set up R&D institutions overseas considering various factors,and the abundant capacity for accepting transferred industries,meaning owning the scarce resource that is useful for multinational corporations to enhance their technological competitive power all over the world,is becoming the key one within all the factors.According to this,measures should be taken by Shaanxi Province to improve the industry accepting ability to provide multinational corporations with facilities for setting up R&D institutions,such as increasing technology input,raising supporting industries with good applicability and putting them into industrial cluster,and exploiting international technological human resource,etc.
