降低增强塑料布配方成本的研究

摘要 使用高强度低伸长的长丝纤维基布与PVC薄膜复合制造增强塑料布,具有强度高、防水性能好、化学稳定、质轻柔软、色彩鲜艳等优点,在我国正处于开发阶段。本文研究使用经锡酸酯处理的NW-重质CaCO_3代替引进配方用未经处理的重质CaCO_3作填料,8418复合增塑剂作DOP的辅助增塑剂,不仅提高了填充量,降低了主增塑剂和其它热稳定剂的用量,明显降低了配方成本,也保持了制品的原有性能。 Reinforced cloth made of the combination of filament-fibre-based cloth with high strength and low extensibility and PVCfilms offers high strength, good waterproof property, chemical stability and light, soft and bright-coloured characteristics. Thisproduct is now being developed in China. The replacement of the imported original formulation using untreated heavy-duty Ca-CO_3 as fillers with NW-heavy-duty CaCO_3 treated by stannate, and using 8418 composite plasticizer as the auxiliary ofDOP are studied in this paper. The results show that not only the filler loading is increased, but also the dosage of the key plasti-cizer and other heat stabilizers are reduced, thus cost of the formulation is obviously decreased, and the original property of theproduct remains as well.
