国际金融危机对我国经济发展和金融立法的影响

世界各国的经济、金融和国家关系都在这次由美国次贷危机转化成的国际金融危机中都受到了不同程度的影响,当然我国也不例外,不过,这次危机也为我国经济发展释放许多重要的信息。重要的提示信息众多,涉及广度与深度都不同以往,本文仅探讨我国经济发展和相关立法在金融危机时期出现了什么新的问题,以求为我国金融法律的新建设和重构国际金融新秩序提出有益的建议。
