论我国低碳经济的法律调整机制

当下世界各国都开始关注和重视低碳经济——未来经济发展的新模式。然而,低碳经济方兴未艾之际,研究其与法律的关系显得尤其重要。在低碳经济发展过程中,充当合理调整和配置政府、企业和个人三者之间的权利与义务的工具和手段只能是法律。因此,在充分考虑我国现实国情的情况下,完善和制定有利于我国低碳经济发展的法律势在必行。

Present around the world have begun to concern and attention low-carbon economy-a new model of economic development future.However,the low carbon economy comes to an end of their relationship with the law is especially important.Process of economic development in low-carbon,act as a reasonable adjustment and configuration of government,business and personal rights and obligations among the tools and instruments can only be legal.Therefore,taking full account of the actual situation in our case,improve and develop low-carbon economy is conducive to the development of China＇s legal imperative.
