高校数字档案馆信息资源整合交换的策略及应用

Strategies and Applications of Information Resources Integration and Exchange of Digital Archives in Universities

随着信息化的发展,高校内部各部门陆续建立了信息管理系统,这些系统中存储着大量具有保存价值的归档信息,可以通过数据集成、整合等方式交换到数字档案馆的信息资源库中,成为电子档案信息归档的重要源头之一。文章探讨了高校信息资源整合交换的原则,并提出了基于SOA架构的数据交换模式,通过使用Biztalk2008作为数据交换的中间件,来解决高校内部各部门不同时期开发的应用系统与高校数字档案馆信息管理系统之间信息的互联互通、共建共享。

With the improvement of informationization, departments within universities successively set up management information system, these systems can store massive filing information that have value for preservation, and can be exchanged to the information resource database of digital archives by way of data integration. This article discusses principles of information resources integration and exchange in universities, and puts forward data interchange model that based on SOA infrastructure. Furthermore, it also brings forward using Biztalk2008 as data exchange middleware to solve problems of information intercon- nection and information sharing between application within universities and information management system systems exploited in different period by departments of digital archives in universities.
