聚烯烃光稳定剂母粒的试验与应用

摘要 选择合适的载体、分散剂和加工助剂,通过特定工艺把高浓度光稳定剂制成母粒,然后依据配方把这种母粒与树脂混合,可以克服粉料法添加光稳定剂损失大、分散不均匀等缺点。本文介绍了这种母粒在HDPE单丝和PP窄带、膜片以及其制件中的应用试验,并借助紫外线吸收光谱分析和老化后机械性能的变差系数分析,表征此种光稳定剂母粒在制品中的分散均匀性。 A master batch of concentrated light stabilizer could be made from proper carrier, dispersing agent and process aid by aspecial technology. The shortcomings such as great loss and uneven dispersing of the stabilizer in powder additive method couldbe overcome by mixing the master batch with resin according to a formula. Tthe experiment on the application on the masterbatch to HDPE monofil, PP tape, PP diaphragm, and to other products was described in this paper. The homogeneity of the dis-persal of the master batch in products were charactered by ultra-violet absorption spectrum analysis and variation coefficientanalysis on the mechanical properties after ageing.
