摘要
利用以粳稻中花11和籼稻中组14为亲本构建的加倍单倍体(DH)群体,对稻米直链淀粉含量(AC)、胶稠度(GC)、碱消值(ASV)、蛋白质含量(PC)和氨基酸含量等21个品质性状进行了相关性分析。结果表明,21个品质性状在DH群体中均为连续变异,大部分性状存在着超亲现象。相关性分析结果表明,AC、GC和ASV等3个蒸煮理化指标间呈显著负相关;PC与GC显著负相关,与ASV显著正相关;AC、GC和ASV等3个蒸煮理化指标与氨基酸含量的相关性分析表明,17个氨基酸中有10个氨基酸的含量与AC显著负相关,12个氨基酸的含量与GC显著负相关,除半胱氨酸外其它16个氨基酸的含量与ASV呈显著正相关。PC与17个氨基酸含量都显著正相关,除蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸外,相关系数都达0.5以上。氨基酸之间的相关性分析表明,除蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸和酪氨酸之间相关性不显著,其它氨基酸之间都达极显著正相关。本文还对DH群体在优质育种中的应用价值进行了讨论。
Rice amylose content(AC),gel consistence(GC),alkaline spreading value(ASV),protein content(PC) and contents of 17 amino acids of a DH population constructed from japonica female parent Zhonghua 11 and indica male parent Zhongzu 14 were measured,and correlations among these quality traits were analyzed statistically.Results:Continuous variances are revealed for the 21 parameters and transgressive are showed for most of the parameters.Any two of the three cooking parameters(AC,GC and ASV) are significantly negative correlative.No significant correlation exists between PC and AC,but positive correlation exists between PC and ASV,and negative correlation exists between PC and GC.Correlations exist between certain cooking parameter and certain amino acid content,such as negative correlations between AC and 10 amino acid contents,negative correlations between GC and 12 amino acid contents,positive correlations between ASV and all amino acid contents except Cys.Positive correlations exist between PC and 17 amino acid contents and with correlation coefficien above 0.5 except those between PC and Met or Cys.Furthermore,extremely significant positive correlations between any two of the 17 amino acid contents exist except those between Met and Cys or between Met and Tyr.The application of the DH population for quality breeding is further evaluated in this paper.
