The Establishment of State-run Entrepreneur should be Based on the Natureof the Whole People Ownership and Perfect the Management System ——Reflections on the Study of Mao Zedong's Discussion on Management

在我国社会主义经济制度下,国有企业归全民所有,生产资料公有制是其根本特征。如何建立与完善国有企业管理制度,是理论研究和现实实践中的一个重大课题。作者认为,国有企业应该按照全民所有制的性质建立和完善管理制度是其根本原则,其管理制度必须体现管理者与生产者平等、参与、共享的关系的要求,对现代资本主义企业管理制度应该辩证对待。

Under the socialist economical system of China, state -run entrepreneurs are owned by the whole people, and the pub- lic ownership of the means of production is their basic eharaeteristics. How to establish and perfect state - run entrepreneur man- agement system becomes an important project of theoretical study and realistic practice. In the author~ opinion, the basic princi- ple is that the establishment of state - run entrepreneur should be based on the nature of the whole people ownership and perfect the management system which should embody the equality, involvement, and share of managers and producers, and have a dia- lectical attitude toward modern capitalist entrepreneur management system.
