摘要
从IEC 61850标准的应用、组网方式、智能化实验间隔等方面分析了苏州东变电站智能化技术方案,重点研究了苏州东变电站智能化技术的应用:500 kV全光纤电子式电流互感器、基于IEC 61850标准统一建模I、EEE 1588网络精确时钟同步协议、500 kV线路数字化保护装置、通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)、程序化控制技术等;通过传统电流互感器和全光纤电子式电流互感器实测值的比较,分析了全光纤电子式电流互感器的运行。最后对进一步深化苏州东变电站智能化技术提出了建议。
An analysis is made of the intelligent technical solutions to Suzhoudong substation from the respect of IEC 61850,networking method and intelligent bay,in particularly,the application of following intelligent techniques such as 500 kV fiber optic electronic current transformer,IEC 61850 based unified modeling,IEEE 1588,500 kV digital line protection,generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE) and sequence control The operation of the fiber optic electronic current transformer is analyzed through a comparison with the traditional current transformer.Suggestions are given to further intensify the intelligent techniques in Suzhoudong substation.
