摘要 本文研究LLDPE/EVA/BR三元共混发泡体系中,第三组份BR、发泡剂、交联剂及填料用量对泡沫性能的影响,并与相应的LDPE三元共混发泡体系相比较。实验结果指出,BR的加入可以改善泡沫的综合性能,以加入10~15份为宜。LLDPE/EVA/BR的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,较相应的LDPE体系高出约1倍,是一种优良的橡塑微孔泡沫鞋底材料。发泡剂、交联剂和填料对泡沫性能有较大影响,可用以调节最终制品的性能。 The effects of BR, blowing agent, crosslinking agent and filler on the properties of the LLDPE/EVA/BR foamed blendswere studied and a comparison with LDPE/EVA/BR blend was also made. The results showed that the comprehensive proper-ties of the foamed blend could be improved by adding BR, 10--15 parts being the proper amount, and that the tensile strengthand elongation of the LLDPE/EVA/BR blend was about two times as high as that of LDPE/EVA/BR foams in the same com-pounding. The LLDPE/EVA/BR blend is a good rubber/plastics cellular shoe sole material. The effects of blowing agent,crosslinking agent and filler on the properties of the foams were great. and the properties of the and-products could be improvedby the above agents.
